Rent Roll Professional is for Microsoft Windows; though designed for earlier versions it is compatible with Windows 11 and earlier. This software package performs property management and financial analysis tasks for rental income properties. It is designed to be used in partnership with the full-featured QuickBooks desktop editions, but can be used with other accounting programs (without native/automatic integrtion - ie: copy and paste) or as a supplement to manual bookkeeping.

The Rent Roll Professional software package includes one Rent Roll Pro license and software to be installed on one computer.

The program is installed, configured, and registered via remote access software by our support staff. If internet access is not available, contact us before purchase to assure installation and registration will be possible before purchase.

Read the Policies and Guarantees section below; if you agree to the terms, send a check drawn on a US Bank for $595 plus applicable sales tax (include complete address for correct processing) to our office. Contact us for optional purchasing and licensing agreements.

An evaluation version of Rent Roll Pro is available (contact sales for more info); purchases of licenses for software are final.

All versions of Rent Roll Pro, the NetPack, and their associated programs and utilities contain proprietary business methods, reports, calculations, etc. which are the intellectual property of Soft Green Corporation; all rights are reserved.

We guarantee the current version of Rent Roll Pro and the Rent Roll Pro NetPack software includes the capabilities indicated for that version in the features list and produces the reports listed for that version in the reports list. Features and / or reports indicated for future release in the features and reports lists may be rescheduled for later release or not included in future versions.
