Support via email is provided after hours and on weekends: support@softgreencorp.com Three hours of free telephone support is included with the purchase of the Rent Roll Pro NetPack. Two hours of free telephone support is provided with the purchase of Rent Roll Pro. The free hours included with purchases are available for use during a six month period beginning with the date of purchase. Free telephone support for upgrade subscriptions is provided for registration and upgrade installation only. Support via telephone is provided for QuickBooks1 for the property management functions provided by it's integration with the applicable Rent Roll Pro version for the licensed user(s) only. All support and update / upgrade rights may be withheld if an account becomes past due. Support for software improperly installed or operated, or in use on malfunctioning equipment or systems may be withheld until the system is fully operational. |
