Rent Roll Professional NetPack Version Upgrade is available to licensed users of Rent Roll Pro within the free update period (one year from purchase), and allows the user to replace the single-user version of Rent Roll Pro with the Rent Roll Pro NetPack system. The NetPack is a network aware, multi-computer version of Rent Roll Pro, supplemented with two user licenses (one read only) of the bundled multi-property Contact Manager, and multi-file and vacancy reporters.

The updated program is delivered via remote session; users without internet access please contact the support staff before purchase to arrange delivery. The upgrade subscription provided with the purchase of Rent Roll Pro is continued, allowing NetPack and associated programs and files to be upgraded via download. The upgrade subscription expires six months from the purchase date of Rent Roll Pro (the original purchase). An additional hour of telephone support is also included, and support for another user.
